Our sausages are made here in the shop using only the freshest cuts of pork - no nasty 'bits & pieces' just pure pork.

All ingredients used in our recipes are GM free and the sausages are filled into natural skins. Choose from our regular varieties of plain pork, Olde English, pork and chive or our superb Gloucester Old Spot pork.

For something a little different look out for our 'Sausage of the Week'. Each week we produce a sausage that's just a little bit different. Toulouse, lamb and mint and duck and orange are just some of the varieties that appear throughout the year.

We stock both smoked and unsmoked traditionally cured English Bacon.

For a real treat why not try our dry cured Gloucester Old Spot bacon, cured by us here in the shop, using our superb local Gloucester Old Spot pork. The mild cure and maturation period ensures the bacon produced has a flavour and quality of that of years gone by.
